It simply means that the renewable energy generated on-site covers all of the building’s energy use each year. 338 Net Zero is designed to cover its own energy use as described below while providing an elegant, contemporary workspace offering comfort and security. 338 Net Zero offers individual private offices for 16 monthly tenants, plus as-needed workspace by subscription– ideal for freelancers and other work-at-home folks. It features a welcoming common lounge and a shared conference room space for all tenants–so even if you’re working alone, you’ll have plenty of opportunities for making connections. Some of the environmental highlights in this green building include geothermal HVAC systems, solar panels, LED electric fixtures, and an electric car charging station.

• Upscale interior features include a shared lounge for relaxing and networking a spacious conference room with a large flat screen for client meetings and video conferences. Our 16 individual offices all offer at least one exterior window. Offices are furnished with adjustable height, live-edge walnut desks handmade by 338 owner Peter Burnett that allow you to work standing or sitting along with attractive furnishings that complement this unique space.
• Our podcast and video recording studio on the lower level will be available to tenants and subscribers. Tenants and subscribers can record podcasts and YouTube videos in a ready-to-go environment. This feature is ideal for individuals and businesses who want to expand on digital communication but don’t want to invest in equipment right away. Whether you’re teaching the art of creating podcasts and YouTube videos or recording for personal or business use, our facility is easy and convenient.
